So Far So Good

  • Been intermittent fasting for a week...My window of opportunity to eat is from 3:30pm-5:30pm and the rest of the time it's water, coffee, tea and some juice if I get a little sugar headache.

    Only dropped about 5lbs but not hungry, shaky or hangry.

    Have lost almost 2" off my waist and starting to see some definition again...Trying to get down to 200lbs so when I go on vacation next week I have a 13lbs buffer.

    I'm ready to rock this look:
